How do I return an item?
At Essential For You (M N Enterprise), we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. We accept returns only for items that are defective due to manufacturing issues.
Cosmetic damage caused by regular usage, mishandling, or improper storage will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
To raise a return request, you must share an uncut unboxing video of the product as proof. This helps us assess the issue accurately. Please send the video along with your order details to our WhatsApp number +91 92745 71608 within 7 business days of receiving your order.
Once we receive your request and verify the defect, we will arrange a pickup of the product. Our team will also record an uncut video of the received product for verification. If the issue is confirmed and the product matches the one you ordered, we will proceed with an exchange.
